Instructions and Guidelines for Health Check-Up at BAGH

• Health Check-Up services can be availed by prior appointment only, For appointments or enquiry- 080 69 70 70 70 between 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.

• Reporting time is 8.30 am. You are required to report at OPD reception.

• 10 to 12 hours of fasting is essential. Please finish dinner by 8.30 pm on the previous night of the test day (avoid alcohol). Do not take anything except water after dinner.Do not take breakfast/tea/coffee in the morning of the test day, till fasting tests are over. Please do take your regular medicines and in case of doubts, please consult your physician.

• In case of ultrasound, bladder must be full.

• Any additional services other than those mentioned in health package shall be billed on actual.

• Patients may be sent for TMT or ECHO based on availability and doctor's advice. In case of TMT, it is compulsory to wear shoes and socks.

• Pregnant women/lactating women are requested to inform the Radiology department.

• If your package includes PAP smear, you are advised not to undergo the health check- up during your menstrual period as results get altered during that period.

• Do not smoke before the fasting blood sugar and BP tests.

• The test results can vary based on how you feel at the time of tests hence be relaxed during tests.

• The approximate time for completion of the check-up is 4-5 hours.

• Breakfast is included in the cost of the package and will be provided at the hospital.

• Reports will be provided within 24 hours. Once all the reports are ready, follow up consultation to discuss the reports would be arranged.
