any transaction, you must use your own credit / debit card.

If any Payment Gateway Service Provider or Bank imposes any taxes or charges, the same shall be borne by the

customers may initiate in relation to the online payment gateway. Neither BAGH nor any of its employees or offices shall
be liable for any such loss or damage that may be suffered by the customer as a result of such usage.

Refund and Cancellation
Bhailal Amin General Hospital (BAGH) reserves the right to refuse/cancel any transaction. BAGH at its sole discretion
may cancel any transaction(s):
1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or for any
reason outside the control of the BAGH.
